What does a Board Member Do?
Your Board Members are tasked with make strategic decisions for the Direction of the Fire District. They have specific powers granted by the Revised Statues of the State of Missouri. They are elected by you, the citizens, and their terms are staggered so one Board Member is up for election every other year.
When are Board Meetings?
The Board of Directors of the Hillsboro Fire Protection District meeting monthly on the second Wednesday at 7:00 P.M. Central Standard Time. Board Meetings are held at Hillsboro Fire Station 1, 120 5th Street, Hillsboro MO, 63050.
